Mallory Primm, PsyD, PAT, Brittany Lakin-Starr, Ph.D.,TEP, and Kate Merkle, LCSW, MPH, RDN, PAT, are experienced trainers and together collectively hold 30 years of psychodrama and sociometry experience. Each will provide participants with personalized feedback and guidance throughout the workshop. Participants can expect to gain a deeper understanding of the psychodrama approach and will develop the skills necessary to incorporate these tools into their own professional work.
Previous training in psychodrama and/or acting is NOT required. These sessions are for anyone from the first time participant to individuals with advanced training in psychodrama. A lunch break will be provided, and complimentary snacks and beverages will be available throughout the training.
The Meadows Continuing Education Information:
There are 3.0 continuing education credits available. Please note you must register to receive a continuing education certificate. No partial credit will be given.
The Meadows is approved by the American Psychological Association to sponsor continuing education for psychologists. The Meadows maintains responsibility for this program and its content. This course meets the criteria for 3.0 hours of continuing education for psychologists.
This course has been approved by The Meadows, as a NAADAC-Approved Education Provider, for 3.0 CE. (NAADAC Provider #62791) The Meadows is responsible for all aspects of their programming. Course addresses Counseling Services from NAADAC Counselor Skill Group.
Chicago Center for Psychodrama Continuing Education (CE) Credits Information:
This training provides 3 CE credits for Illinois Psychologists, Social Workers, Counselors, U.S. Registered Dietitians (RD/RDN), Diet Technician Registered (DTR, NDTR), and Public Health professionals (CPH).
Psychodrama Training Hours
In addition, this training offers 3 psychodrama training hours for students who are working toward the American Board of Examiners (ABE) certification in Psychodrama, Sociometry, and Group Psychotherapy. These hours are valid indefinitely.
