Exploring the Tapestry of Our Relationships
In this one-day psychodrama training, we will dive into the foundational concepts of Jacob Moreno’s social atom and experientially discover how our personal networks form a dynamic tapestry. Offering both personal and professional development opportunities, this training provides participants with tools to create stronger, healthier relationships both within themselves and the communities that they may serve.
Moreno’s social atom serves as a vehicle for understanding, visualizing, and concretizing the structure and dynamics of an individual’s social network. Participants will learn how the social atom represents an individual’s web of personal relationships and influences behaviors, emotions, and overall well being. Additionally, participants will gain hands-on experience in mapping their own social atom, identifying key relationships and understanding the interactions and influences between them.
Explore the depth of human connections with us and gain valuable tools to navigate and strengthen the intricate web of relationships in your life with Moreno’s social atom.
