An Introduction to Psychodrama!
One-Day Experiential Training
Step into the world of psychodrama and sociometry in this engaging one-day training designed for both newcomers and those looking to deepen their understanding of these powerful methods.
Participants will explore the fundamentals of sociometry, learning how to assess and map group dynamics to build safety, connection, and cohesion. From there, the training introduces the three core phases of a psychodrama session—Warm-Up, Action, and Sharing—offering practical tools to bring dramatic action into therapeutic spaces.
Rooted in the pioneering work of Dr. J.L. Moreno, this training combines theory with experiential learning, allowing participants to witness and practice techniques that foster deeper self-awareness, emotional expression, and connection within groups.

Methods to create a safer and engaging group environment.
Tools for facilitating self-discovery, emotional release, and enhanced connections in a variety of settings.
