This Psychodrama Warm-Up training is a comprehensive program designed to equip participants with the foundational skills and techniques necessary to create a safe and engaging psychodrama environment. Warm-ups are crucial in psychodrama as they set the tone, build trust, and prepare participants for deeper exploration and healing. This training focuses exclusively on the art and science of warm-ups, making it an invaluable resource for therapists, counselors, educators, and anyone interested in building group cohesion.

Previous training in psychodrama is not required. These sessions are for anyone from the first time participant to individuals with advanced training in psychodrama. A lunch break will be provided, and complimentary snacks and beverages will be available throughout the training.

Mallory Primm, PsyD, PAT will provide participants with personalized feedback and guidance throughout the training day. Participants can expect to gain a deeper understanding of the psychodrama approach and will develop the skills necessary to incorporate these tools into their own professional work.
