“Embracing the New Year's Potential" offers a unique and empowering psychodrama training experience, enabling participants to step boldly into the new year with a deeper understanding of themselves, renewed motivation, and a clear vision for their personal and professional lives. By combining psychodrama techniques with the excitement of the new year, this training empowers individuals to unlock their full potential and embrace the opportunities that lie ahead. It is a transformative journey of self-discovery, growth, and empowerment that sets the stage for a year filled with endless possibilities.

This immersive experience combines the principles of psychodrama, a dynamic and experiential therapeutic approach, with the excitement and promise that comes with the start of a new year.

It’s designed for individuals who are looking to learn additional skills for helping their clients unlock their potential. Kate will provide participants with personalized feedback and guidance throughout the training day. Participants can expect to gain a deeper understanding of the psychodrama approach and to develop the skills necessary to incorporate these tools into their own professional work.

Previous training in psychodrama is not required. These sessions are for anyone from the first time participant to individuals with advanced training in psychodrama.

This training provides 7 CEs for Illinois Psychologists, Social Workers, Counselors, U.S. Registered Dietitians (RD/RDN), DTRs, NDTRs, and Public Health professionals (CPH). It also provides 8 psychodrama training hours for students who are working toward ABE certification in psychodrama, sociometry, and group psychotherapy.
